A staff favourite from the chefs behind Bomba Tapas Bar. The rice pilaf has all the distinctive flavours you would expect from the Spanish favourites, with some beautiful lamb marinated in their pinchos morunos spice mix. A classical dish that is quick and simple for you to create at home.
